AMEN: Returns and Exchange Policy

RETURNS:

All sales are considered final.

We do not accept nor do we offer refunds on items purchased on AMEN Philippines website or from our local retail partners and store locations.

EXCHANGES:

Our Exchange policy is valid for 7 Days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase date (or date of arrival if you purchased your products from our website), unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an Exchange, your item must comply with the following requirements:

• The item has to be UNUSED and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it.
• The item has to be returned with all accompanying documents, receipts, cards, etc.
• The item should be placed inside the original packaging with the barcode attached.

If the item you wish to exchange does not comply with all the terms stated above, it is more than likely that your exchange request will be denied. We urge all shoppers to properly inspect the item upon purchasing or receiving the item from the mail.

Articles such as earrings and necklaces are exempt from the Exchange Policy. Earrings and Necklaces cannot be exchange due to sanitary reasons.
